"It´s very difficult for me to say what exactly inspires me and where exactly I get my ideas from. The obvious answer is: life. I absorb everything around me. All the people I´ve met and all the places I´ve been, all the stories I´ve heard,
music, books, absolutely anything and everything inspires me. I find that I´m constantly day dreaming, constantly
imagining and creating scenarios in my head. I´m a creative person and so I allow my mind to wander, to go off on tangents, to take
pathways off the beaten track and get lost. I ask questions and look for answers and then I try to think of more answers. I´m
always open to new possibilities, to hearing the other side of the story, and then I like
creating the third side of the story that nobody has thought of, or that perhaps people have thought of but
have never thought through fully. I watch people, I listen to people, I try to see the world from their
eyes. I like to view things from a different angle. I like climbing inside peoples heads and trying to imagine everyhing from their point of view. I can sit still for hours on end,
staring at a wall, my body totally still but my mind going on the greatest adventures. I think that´s just the way I am. Being a
writer is a natural thing because it´s something that´s not forced. I don´t try to think of ideas, ideas come to me. I don´t try to create characters,
they introduce themselves to me. I´m emotional and through the very action of feeling, I´m immediately
inspired because it brings me to another place and connects me to writing."
